Program Description
The Medical Laboratory Technician Trade Program prepares students to perform laboratory tests used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Students gain practical skills in specimen collection, laboratory procedures, equipment handling, safety protocols, and medical reporting in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and research laboratories.
